T3 Leadership Summit
T3 Sixty’s annual events, the T3 Summits, are a collection of three executive-level, thought leadership-focused events. The first, and most-well known, is tailored around Industry leadership. The second focuses on MLS and the third focuses on Technology.
The first event, T3 Sixty’s flagship, the T3 Leadership Summit, held annually in May, is an invite-only think tank for residential real estate industry CEOs and C-level executives and includes several leadership interviews, panels, and executive networking opportunities.
The second event, the T3 MLS Summit, was developed in partnership with the MLS Roundtable. This event, held annually, is designed to focus on the changing landscape of the MLS industry and how MLS organizations can better serve brokers and agents.
The third event, the T3 Tech Summit, includes immersive experiences, peer networking, and innovation pitches, focused on creating a shared learning environment that brings together real estate brokerage industry marketing and technology professionals and technology providers.

Naples, Florida
T3 Sixty hosts, the T3 Summit, an annual by-invitation think tank for the residential real estate industry CEOs and C-suite executives. The T3 Summit is for progressive leaders who want to explore, debate, and be at the leading edge of change and innovation.
The program is not suitable for agents and no media, pay-to-play, or trade exhibitions are permitted.
To preserve intimacy and safeguard excellence, attendance is limited to 350 CEOs, executives and industry leaders.

Dallas, Texas
T3 Tech Summit is for learning about what is working with brokerage industry technology and marketing now, and for collaborating with peers and technology leaders. The event is intended for anyone in technology or marketing in the real estate brokerage industry, whether in brokerage, franchise, or multiple listing systems.
This Summit includes immersive experiences, peer networking, and innovation pitches, focused on creating a shared learning environment that brings together real estate brokerage industry marketing and technology professionals and technology providers.

T3 Sixty hosts the T3 MLS Summit, specifically designed to focus on the changing landscape of the MLS industry and how MLS organizations can better serve brokers and agents. MLS Roundtable executives and board members and key brokerage clients are invited to participate in the panel discussions and town hall-type meetings.
To enable effective and meaningful town hall discussions, attendance is capped at 120 delegates.
No media, pay-to-play or trade exhibitions are permitted.
