What if I need to cancel my registration?

Registration fees are non-refundable. Registrations can however be carried forward to the following year for the same registrant given a minimum of 45 days notice before the T3 Summit. Registrations may however not be transferred to another person without prior written approval.

We will go out of our way to accommodate scheduling conflicts, but any request for changes, transfers or cancellations should be done well in advance.

The deadline to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund is December 31, 2017. If the cancellation is requested between January 1 and February 28, 2018, a $500 fee will be applied. No cancellations are accepted after February 28, 2018.

Transfer registration to the 2019 T3 Summit
The deadline is March 15, 2018. If the transfer is requested between January 1 and March 15, 2018, a $250 fee will be applied.

Name change
The deadline is March 15, 2018. If the change is requested between January 1 and March 15, 2018, a $100 fee will be applied. Substitutions are subject to approval.

NOTE: Hotel reservations are managed separately from T3 Summit registrations. If you change, transfer or cancel your T3 Summit registration, you will need to contact the hotel directly to change/cancel your hotel room reservation.

Do you allow Sponsors or Exhibitions at T3 Summit?

The residential real estate brokerage business is a $1 trillion dollar industry with over 100 million homes resulting in an average of 5 million transactions annually. The SP200 every year identifies the leading CEO’s and C-level executives that manage the companies that lead the industry towards change and innovation. The T3 Summit is their annual think-tank. To maintain the integrity of thought and strategic discussions in a non-competitive atmosphere, attendance is limited and no trade exhibitions and sales pitches are permitted.

How do I book a room at the Hotel?

HOTEL ROOM RESERVATION
The 2018 T3 Summit will be held at the Intercontinental Hotel in Miami. Click here to access the special reservation page with discounted rates.

You may also call the hotel at (305) 577-1000. Ask for reservations and identify yourself as being with the T3 Summit.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel your reservation any time before 4:00 PM EST on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 and not incur a charge. Canceling after this time or failing to arrive will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Taxes may apply. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

NOTE:
All hotel reservations must be associated with this reserved block of rooms. They will be synced to your T3 Summit registration. Hotel reservations without a T3 Summit registration will be cancelled.

Can I register more than three delegates from my company?

To maintain the integrity of thought and strategic discussions in a non-competitive atmosphere, attendance is limited and no trade exhibitions and sales pitches are permitted. Seats are limited to three delegates per organization. Special consideration is given to those that seek to bring more than three delegates and must be approved before booking. Which payment methods do you accept?

All registrations for the T3 Summit are placed on our registration website, which will be shared with you when you are invited to attend. For special consideration on payments such as wire transfer or payment by check, please contact our support to confirm alternative payment options.
