The T3 Leadership Summit is a gathering of the industry’s most forward-thinking executives, innovators and influencers in the residential real estate industry. During three days, invited guests will engage with leaders who are actively shaping the future of residential real estate—through technology, policy, leadership and culture.
The annual event is for progressive executives who want to explore, debate and be at the leading edge of change and innovation. To preserve intimacy and safeguard excellence, attendance is invite-only and limited to 400 CEOs, C-levels and leaders.

Note: If you would like to attend, you may request an invite. The Summit has sold out every year since 2015 with a waiting list of more than 50 executives in the past few years. Tickets are in very high demand, but a few seats are allocated to new entrants/executives every year.
FAQs
T3 Sixty’s flagship conference, the T3 Leadership Summit, is an annual invite-only think tank for residential real estate industry CEOs and C-level executives. Attendees include executives from brokerage companies, franchisors, Realtor associations and MLS organizations. A limited number of technology and other key service providers also receive invites. A very large number of the most powerful and influential leaders, as listed on the annual SP 200, attend the T3 Leadership Summit, more than any other event.
The T3 Leadership Summit is held annually in the Spring. The next T3 Summit will be held April 22-24, 2026 in Orlando, Florida.
- Registration – for the 2026 T3 Summit is by invitation only.
- Delegate Names – for the 2026 T3 Summit must be provided by March 31, 2026.
- Transfer Requests – gifting of registrations to someone else is permitted with approval of replacement through December 2025. Approved changes in Q1 2026 will incur a $250 processing fee. No transfers permitted in April 2026. If you’d like to request a transfer of your registration to another executive, please contact us.
- Cancellations – for the 2026 T3 Summit are accepted without fee through December 2025. Cancellations in Q1 2026 will incur a $250 processing fee. Cancellations in April will forfeit the entire registration. If you need to cancel, please contact us.
