T3 Leadership Summit
T3 Sixty hosts, the T3 Leadership Summit, an annual by-invitation think tank for the residential real estate industry CEOs and C-suite executives. The Summit is for progressive leaders who want to explore, debate and be at the leading edge of change and innovation. The program is not suitable for agents and no pay-to-play or trade exhibitions are permitted. To preserve intimacy and safeguard excellence, attendance is limited to 350 CEOs, executives and leaders.
Most chief executives will tell you that the job is entirely different than they expected – and quite unlike any previous role they have had.
At the T3 Summit, we have over 30 chiefs on stage that will share with attendees the unique experiences they have had, how they have overcome the challenges the role as chief brings, and focus on specific solutions for leading their companies and the real estate industry during challenging and changing times.

Usually 2-3 keynotes by high profile non-industry business or motivational executives. T3 does not focus on political, religious or sports leaders.

With 350 CEOs, executives and leaders together in a private setting this is the Reception the majority of attendees enjoy the most.
Fireside Chats
Facilitated by Stefan Swanepoel or Jack Miller, these intimate conversations takes a deep dive into our industry's leadership to what drives them.
Roundtable Forums
This is where several attending CEOs, or industry executives, are invited to stage to explore and debate all sides of current, relevant and topical strategies and changes.
Powerful Encounters
The absence of exhibitors booths, constant marketing and journalists completely changes the mood, ambiance and quality of meetings, discussions and relationships.
T3 Open (Golf)
For 72 attending guests there will be an opportunity start the T3 Summit by participating in an intimate T3 Open Tournament. It's a Shotgun start in a modified Best Ball Tournament.

The 2024 T3 Leadership Summit will be held at the Phoenician, Scottsdale, Arizona on April 22-24, 2024.
Do note that if you would like to attend, you may request an invite. Please note that sold out means exactly that. The Summit has sold out every year since 2015 with
a waiting list of over 50 executives in 2022 and 2023. Tickets are in very high demand, but a few seats are allocated to new entrants/executives every year.
T3 Sixty’s flagship conference, the T3 Leadership Summit, is an annual invite-only think tank for residential real estate industry CEOs and C-level executives. Attendees include executives from brokerage companies, franchisors, Realtor associations and MLS organizations. A limited number of technology and other key service providers also receive invites. A very large number of the most powerful and influential leaders, as listed on the annual SP200, attend the T3 Leadership Summit, more than any other event.
The T3 Leadership Summit is held annually in the Spring. The next T3 Summit will be held on April 22-24, 2024 in Scottsdale, Arizona.
