Event App End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the official mobile event application (the “App”) made available by T3 Sixty for its conferences and events, including Edge: The Tech and Data Forum and the T3 Leadership Summit. The App is a white-labeled version of the Cvent Events app. By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, the T3 Sixty Terms of Service and Event Terms and Conditions, and the Cvent Events Privacy Policy.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, T3 Sixty grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with your attendance at a T3 Sixty event.
2. Restrictions
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App; (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices on the App; or (e) use the App for any purpose other than participating in a T3 Sixty event.
3. Ownership
The App, including all intellectual property rights in it, is owned by T3 Sixty and its licensors, including Cvent, Inc. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or logos of T3 Sixty or its event partners.
4. Third-Party Platform (Cvent)
The App runs on the Cvent Events platform. Your use of the App is also subject to the Cvent Events Privacy Policy and any applicable Cvent terms of use. T3 Sixty is not responsible for the operation, availability, or security of the underlying Cvent platform.
5. Data Collection
Use of the App involves the collection of information described in the Event App section of the T3 Sixty Event Terms and Conditions, including your name, email address, phone number, profile picture, company, job title, and usage and device information collected by Cvent. See the Event Terms and Conditions and the Cvent Events Privacy Policy for details.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. T3 Sixty does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, T3 Sixty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. T3 Sixty may terminate this Agreement, or your access to the App, at any time, without notice, including if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws associated with T3 Sixty's corporate office located at 999 Corporate Drive, Suite 170, Ladera Ranch, California, United States, 92694, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
