The T3 Leadership Summit is a gathering of the industry’s most forward-thinking executives, innovators and influencers in the residential real estate industry. During three days, invited guests will engage with leaders who are actively shaping the future of residential real estate—through technology, policy, leadership and culture.
The annual event is for progressive executives who want to explore, debate and be at the leading edge of change and innovation. To preserve intimacy and safeguard excellence, attendance the invite-only event is limited to 400 CEOs, C-levels and leaders.

2-3 keynotes by high profile, non-industry business or motivational speakers. T3 does not focus on political, religious or sports leaders.

The 2026 T3 Leadership Summit will be held at the Omni Championsgate Resort in Orlando, FL on April 22-24, 2026.
Note: If you would like to attend, you may request an invite. Please note that sold out means exactly that. The Summit has sold out every year since 2015 with a waiting list of more than 50 executives in the past few years. Tickets are in very high demand, but a few seats are allocated to new entrants/executives every year.
